Skybolt Tail Surface Hinge Assemblies

Description

These Skybolt tail surface hinges are ready to weld onto your tail surfaces. Each hinge assembly consists of four pieces… one piece is welded to the 7/8 in. tubing of the forward surface (horizontal or vertical stabilizer), two pieces are welded to the 7/8 in. tubing of the rear surface (rudder or elevator), and one AN394 clevis pin is inserted to hold the two halves together. Each surface has three hinges, so a total of 9 hinge assemblies are required per aircraft.
